Listography.

I've been working on this post for a few days now, because it's been extremely difficult to narrow my top ten down to, well, ten. But I wanted to share what some of my favorite people have to say. :) Blogging has basically taken over my life, and my favorite part about all of these time consuming posts, reads, and follows is the networking that it gives me and the people that I find who are truly lovely. So without further adieu, here are my top ten favorites. The girls that I check their blogs consistently and wait to see when they put up another post.

And here's my eight favorite Twitter accounts. Because everyone needs more entertainment in their life. And I love twitter. For the record, mine is allisonleighann!

And six songs that I forgot I loved. Don't judge me. I was a 90s kid.

Kylie Minogue - Can't Get You Out of My Head
Lenny Kravitz - American Woman
Crazy Town - Butterfly
Britney Spears - I Love Rock and Roll
Jet - Are You Gonna Be My Girl
Shaggy - It Wasn't Me

Four books that I adore [But please don't mistake this list by thinking they're my TOP four. I'm not actually sure that I could narrow down my favorite books to a top 50.]

Diane Setterfield - The Thirteenth Tale
Rachel Caine - Glass Houses
[side note: this whole series is captivating. it's written better than Twilight, but is still easy to read and attach to. Myrnin is my favorite and my boyfriend gets to hear all my rants about how I think this series should go.]
Elizabeth Gilbert - Eat, Pray, Love
Kelley Armstrong - The Summoning
[this one is the beginning of a trilogy. that is also really good. but ended how I wanted it to, so I didn't rant too much. plus, I think I was single at the time. so there's that.]

Two places that I want to live someday. At least for a year.

And even though it isn't with the pattern:
My one favorite blogger/person who is exceptionally sweet, willing to help and answer stupid questions, offers affordable sponsorships to bloggers, encourages pretty much every other person I've ever seen her come in contact with, and is just generally awesome -

Megan at Lush To Blush

What would be on these lists for you? :)

  18. What an awesome list! I think it would take me forever to narrow down all of mine too. Karly Kim is a super awesome blogger, and so is Megan from Lush to Blush! Love them both. I love all of the songs you named. The 90's was the best decade. I shamelessly love Britney's movie, Crossroads haha.

  19. NYC is a wonderful place to live and experience. If you have the opportunity to ever live there - TAKE IT! It is completely exhausting but also the most beautiful experience. I just wish it wasn't so damn expensive or I'd still be living there now.
    xx
